Client is a global asset management firm specializing in alternative investment strategies. It is the largest distressed investor in the world, and one of the largest credit investors in the world. To support client relations operations team with services like project management for Marketing Materials and Diligence Services, facilitating client communications, servicing of client portals. Challenges included: Manage marketing materials across firm wide strategies and across global locations, Manage high volume responses to Limited Partners questionnaires that have staggered response deadlines within departments, Responding to high traffic limited partner queries, and Maintain global calendar of events like webcast, conference etc.

The Approach

  • Computech provided Project Management of Marketing Materials by the way of providing end to end solution encompassing: Pitch book of Factsheets, Supplements, Marketing Brochures, Key Differentiators, and Designing of templates.
  • The team also devised the kickoff of the update process, liaise with stakeholders, conduct the update process, vet the product by compliance and make postings to internal and external portals. We also provided Project Management of limited partner’s questionnaires by providing triggers, controls, conducting updates within the stipulated deadlines.
  • Lastly, provided a centralized response mechanism by identifying end to end cycle of queries, liaison with stakeholders, build contact matrix and streamline responses
